What's Included in Your $320 Consultation (Non-Refundable) This session is dedicated to: Deep Dive into Your Project: We'll review your vehicle specs, performance objectives, and any custom requests to ensure we're aligned from the start. Preliminary Estimates: Honest, ballpark figures for parts and labor based on current info—no surprises, just realistic insights (note: these are approximations only and not binding on final costs). Project Roadmap: A clear outline of scope, timelines, potential challenges, and next steps to get your build on track. Book your appointment today via our calendar below. We'll confirm availability and send over our Project Agreement for review—signing it is required before any hands-on work begins. This straightforward document outlines our terms, including: Hourly Rates (current as of 10/01/25; subject to change): General labor & street tuning/calibration at $160/hr; dyno tuning & fabrication at $175/hr. Billing Schedule: Weekly invoices every Friday for work done and parts ordered—payment due by Monday to keep momentum going. Parts Policies: Customer-supplied parts incur a $215/hr labor rate; we reserve the right to decline installation if they don't meet safety or quality standards.
